HighLevel Inc. and LeadConnector LLC have their headquarters in the United States. As such, your Personal Information is stored in the United States but they might transfer it between the United States and their affiliates and business partners in other countries.

They comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Xperiencify is a gamified online course platform operated by Xperiencify Inc., based in the United States. Your Personal Information will be initially processed on a secure server hosted by Amazon in Walnut, USA. Amazon Web Services (AWS) uses SCCs and additional technical and organizational measures as a lawful basis for complying with the EU GDPR guidelines.

Cloudflare is used solely for CDN purposes. Metadata about this activity is processed on behalf of our customers in our data centers in the United States and Europe. Cloudflare is compliant with EU GDPR guidelines by utilizing Standard Contractual Clauses and additional technical and organizational measures as a lawful basis.
